Refine your skills & boost your confidence.  

This week-long performance surf program is designed to take your surfing to the next level - whether you're aiming to improve your maneuvers, paddle with power, or raise your wave scores.

 

Throughout the week, you'll work with experienced coaches who specialize in technical skill development and performance training. Our focus is on enhancing your control, stability, and creativity on the wave while building the confidence to push your limits.

The program includes daily surf sessions with targeted exercises to refine your maneuvers, along with land-based drills that develop strength, balance, and coordination. You’ll also learn how to read waves more effectively, choose the best lines, and improve your scoring potential.

 

Video analysis plays a key role in this journey.

By recording and reviewing your sessions, you’ll gain valuable insights into your technique, identify areas for improvement, and see your progress in real time. Our coaches will guide you through personalized feedback to help you execute maneuvers with greater precision and style.​ With small group sizes, personalized attention, and the stunning backdrop of Ericeira’s iconic surf spots, this week is all about unlocking your full surfing potential.

On-land Functional Training & Yoga

​Complementing your surfing practice, you'll enjoy yoga or functional training sessions focused on flexibility, strength, and mental focus to support your journey.

 

Funtional training sessions focus on building functional strength, especially in your core, paddling muscles, and legs, helping you generate more power and control on your board.

Improved flexibility from Yoga increases your range of motion, allowing for smoother maneuvers and reducing the risk of injury. The Vinyasa flows are intuitive and immersive, guided by sound, scent, and sensation, offering space for all levels to explore movement in a way that feels deeply personal. It’s a chance to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner compass.

​With breathwork and meditation woven throughout, each practice becomes a space to calm the mind, improve focus, and develop breath control - key elements for maintaining composure and energy during demanding sessions.

 

Together, these practices support mental clarity, reduce tension, and enhance your overall resilience in the water.

meet Guilherme Nunes

​Guilherme had his first contact with surfing at the age of  7 in the coastal town of São Pedro do Estoril, Portugal, and it quickly became his way of life.


He’s the founder of Bali Surf Experience and splits his time between Portugal and Bali, where he shares his love for surfing and the laid-back rhythm of island living.


A certified surf coach and international surf contest judge, Guilherme combines technical expertise with a deep passion for the ocean, helping surfers of all levels build confidence, connect with nature, and break through the small details that might be holding them back.


Whether you’re catching your first wave or refining your style, Guilherme is the guy to help you unlock your full potential in the surf.

Tucked away in the green hills of Ericeira, Nana House is a soulful Portuguese farmhouse where warmth, charm, and calm come together. This is not your typical retreat space - it is a lovingly restored home filled with stories, natural textures, and soft light. Wooden ceilings, stone walls, and blue shutters create a cozy, rustic elegance that instantly grounds you.

 

The house offers five uniquely designed rooms, each filled with character and comfort. At Nana House, each room is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, charm, and a deep sense of peace. Whether you are coming solo or with a friend, they have a space that will feel just right for you.

  • Shared Twin Rooms: Perfect for friends or solo travelers open to connecting—two single beds, shared bathroom.

  • Private Room (Single or Double): A peaceful space just for you (or to share with a partner/friend), with a double bed and shared bathroom.

 

At the heart of the house is the intimate yoga space. Bathed in natural light and infused with calming energy, it’s where they gather to move, breathe, and tune inwards. Lounge by the private pool, share nourishing meals in the open kitchen or simply lie in the grass surrounded by fig trees and wildflowers. Nana House holds space for whatever you need - whether it is connection or quiet, movement or rest.​​
